On April 23rd, 2023 Soroptimist International of Bidwell Rancho is inviting you to our first 5K Run in beautiful Bidwell Park in Chico to raise awareness about Human Trafficking.
We are very excited to launch this run as we intend to host this every year. This year, our efforts in part benefit a worldwide issue that we feel strongly about.
Human Trafficking not only happens worldwide, but happens in our own backyard. In the last fiscal year, the US saw a 62% increase in cases from the previous years. It is heartbreaking and we are here to contribute anyway we can to prevent this from happening. We are asking for your help to raise funds to support this 5k and minimize the amount of lives impacted by human trafficking everyday.

The Race Entry fee is $40 and you will have the option to purchase a T-shirt.
